How long does home staging take?
It is a good idea to give yourself a few weeks to make all the arrangements for selling a property especially if there is a lot of de-cluttering to be done!
Our services from consultation through to staging can be done in as little as a week. If you need to get a property on the market asap we will do all we can to work within your deadlines.
Do I need rental furniture?
If your property is vacant, in order to show your property at its full potential, you will need rental furniture. Alternatively there are always other options such as borrowing furniture from a family member or a friend or if you are due to replace your furniture, now might be a good time to buy it.
If your property is occupied we will use existing furniture where appropriate so there may be no need to hire furniture.
My house is already on the market, can it still be staged?
Ideally staging your property before it enters the market is best as first impressions last. However it is never too late! Living Synergy has great tips to help you at any stage of marketing your property.
I am already paying a lot in agents fees, how can I afford home staging too?
